A tract of land located in the South half of Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, Montana
Principal Meridian, Gallatin County. Said tract being 60 feet in width, 30 feet on each side of the
following described centerline of South Eleventh Avenue. Beginning at the center of Section 13, said
point being an aluminum cap; thence South OQ 06' 00" East a distance of 1287.45 feet to a terminus point

effect being given to the said grantee named herein.

by the Commissioners of State Lands, and the Great Seal of the State, and the Seal of the
