I appreciate the work of the Bozeman City Commission on the draft Strategic Plan. The plan does a nice job
expressing the city's values and priorities. I have two suggestions related to the draft and Gallatin College.
In section 1.3, Public Agency Collaboration, I would recommend adding "Enhance our relationship with
Gallatin College' between the Bozeman School District and Montana State University 1.3 B and 1.3 C.
Gallatin College has a unique workforce development mission which has been a priority of the City over the
years. It seems that this priority is worth identifying in this section.
In section 2.3 Workforce Development I would recommend adding a sub-statement with language like,
"Assist in identifying workforce needs and support the development of new programs by Gallatin College."
