Strategic Plan:
As Bozeman is, yet again, the fastest-growing micropolitan area in the country, pompous platitudes about
"sustainable growth" are ludicrous; in fact, flat-out embarrassing. As unemployment is negligible
(unhealthily low, by some standards), recruiting visitors and potential employers is a poor option. They will
come without recruitment - what the city needs is a plan and the time to deal with them. For example: as
Bozeman-Belgrade-4 Corners doubles in population in little more than a decade, where will the water come
from?
