Dear Commissioner,
The question of short term rentals is a thorny matter with strong opinions expressed by bothsides.
The attached article offers some enlightenment on the affect short term rentals by owners(AirBnB, VRBO, etc) has on a town already dealing with a housing shortage.
I urge you to read the article and give it serious consideration when determining policy for theCity of Bozeman.
