Minutes - January 18 and February 7, 2000, and January 30, April 20, April 30 and May 7, 2001 4. Consent Items - a. Commission Resolution No. 3441 - providing for transition from Municipal Commission-Manager form of government to Commission-Manager form of government, effective July 1, 2001 b. Exemption from subdivision review - Montana Department of Transportation - revise lot line for Lot 2, Kirk's Subdivision No.3 (1800 West Main Street) (for right-of-way at intersection of West Main Street and North 19th Avenue) c. Approval of final plat for Tange Minor Subdivision to create Amended Plat of Block 3, Tange's Subdivision (subdivide 20.2 acres into five lots for commercial development) (lying between Baxter Lane and West Oak Street, generally between North 9th Avenue and North 11th Avenue extended) (P-9827) d. Acknowledge receipt of application for annexation - Rick Syme and Robyn Darvis - 10.00 acres described as W%,EY2,SE~,SW~,Section 35, T1S, R5E, MPM (along north side of Baxter Lane, west of Thomas Drive); refer to staff e. Authorize expenditure of $17,059.96 as partial reimbursement for costs billed by the State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality for the Bozeman Solvent Site for the period July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000 f. Presentation of second progress report on the Madison aquifer investigation - Karen Kirk 6. Ordinance No. 1537 - providing for orderly transition from the Municipal Commission- Manager form of government to Commission-Manager form of government, effective July 1, 2001, and amending various sections of the Bozeman Municipal Code to reflect that transition (PJL) Motion and vote to provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks for final adoption City Commission meetings are open to all members of the public. Discussion - FVI Items - Updates from Commissioners - Updates from City Manager and other staff members 8. 7:00 p.m. Public hearing - Certificate of Appropriateness with deviations from Section 18.24.030.A., Bozeman Municipal Code, to allow creation of a duplex on Lots 15 and 16, Block 35, Imes Addition, which is 1600 square feet less in area than the required 6600 square feet - Norma Ardesson for 808 North Third Avenue (Z-01047) (Derek S) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote (to approve or not approve) 9. Continued public hearing - Conditional Use Permit for Planned Unit Development - allow development of mixed use commercial/retail planned unit development consisting of five buildings and reduce required off-street parking requirements by approximately 11 percent on 4.6223 acres described as portion of the amended plat of Block 3, Tange's Subdivision - Tange Family Trust (along north side of West Oak Street at its intersection with North 11 th Avenue extended) (Z-01030) (DS) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote (to approve or not approve) 10.
