Mayor and Commissioners,
Regarding the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for 624 S. Wilson for Extended Stay Lodging (what
would now fall under our STR ordinance.)
The recorded Condition of Approval (document 2526270) number 8 states that "a review of the
Conditional Use Permit 15380 by City of Bozeman Planning Division staff shall be performed in two
years from the permit's approval date and a written report shall be provided to the City Commission."
The attached memo is meant to fulfill the City of Bozeman Planning Division's requirement for the
referenced application.
