Hi,
There is a dilapidated and vacant house at 320 N Montana Ave that is a true health hazard.
There are many children living on this block, and the house is literally infested with rodents.Structurally, the house is falling apart and is a hazard in that way as well. It is causing rodent
problems for others as well, and I have had an increase in the rodents entering my houseacross the street (325 N Montana Ave). The house needs to be torn down, and the grounds
maintained appropriately. My neighbors on the block are in agreement that this is a hazard.
I am also calling the health department. Please advise on any other steps we should take.
