1. 18127 Lakes at Valley West Phase 3 Planned Unit Development Major Modification (Saunders)
A modification to an approved planned unit development to add relaxations regarding the process of
calculating affordable housing price points, incentives, and characteristics. No change is proposed to
architectural elements, site design, landscaping, or open spaces.

1. Ordinance 1998 (Jadin)
Ordinance 1998 proposes to amend Section 2.05.3000 of the Bozeman Municipal Code to reflect
recently adopted amendments to the Unified Development Code (UDC) which included the revision of
DRB Plan Review thresholds and the removal of entryway corridors. Ordinance 1998 also proposes to
remove Conditional Use Permits from the purview of the DRB.

2. Lakes at Valley West PUD 18023 (Rosenberg)
A Preliminary Planned Unit Development application for the 5th & 6th phase of a multi-phase
residential development located on 65 acres south of Durston Road, east and west of an extension of
Laurel Parkway. Phase 5 & 6 includes 20.86 total acres for 79 dwellings with 20 ADUs, nine open
space lots, and one park lot.
