Hello Martin,
I am writing you in regards to the vacant and dilapidated house at 320 N Montana. While the
LLC that owns the home decides on their plans for the property, I would like to see the housetorn down. As a resident of Montana Ave who lives and walks past that house every day, I
would rather have a grass / vacant area there than a dilapidated house. I have lived on NorthMontana for two years and no one has lived in that home (or would be able to due to the
condition). It is an eye sore & potential hazard to the community. It's a poor reflection on ourneighborhood and city. I would like the city to to take action and demand the house be
replaced or torn down. Thank you for your time and consideration.
