Neighbors of North Montana:
This house located at 320 North Montana has been sitting dilapidated
and vacant on our street for too long. The house will never be livable. It
poses a serious health risk, eye sore, and an invitation for trouble.
The health department , here in Bozeman, has strict rules for safety
and health for all small business. This house is owned by an LLC and
has rodents, mold, serious safety hazard, etc. It poses a danger to all of
us and should not be allowed to exist. The City of Bozeman should
require the house be torn down. There is no reason this should exist,
as is, whilst the LLC looks for plans to tear it down and build something
else. They could make those plans and have a safe and grassy area in
the meantime.
