This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
bracketed arched hood over the front entrance and a two-car attached garage.
The asymmetrical construction consists of an off-center front entrance with
fixed, casement and 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished
in weatherboarding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered
with blue asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a brick chimney.
