This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an
attached garage and cement stoop front entrance under the overhanging eaves.
The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with
sliding sash windows. The frame construction is finished in man-made shingles
and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with red asbestos
shingles and features overhanging eaves and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the
roof is parallel to the street .
