This detached one-story double-family residence, with elements of the
foursquare workingman ' s cottage, has a rectangular plan with two projecting
metal entry hoods. The facade consists of two bays , one defined by the pyramidal-
roofed central block, and the other by a flush square wing with hip-roofed
side-facing entry. The principal bay of the facade features the hooded
entrance with ornamental metal supports, concrete stoop and metal railing,
flanked by combination fixed and casement windows. The secondary bay consists
of one casement and one double-hung 1/1 window.
The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a
concrete foundation. The hip roof is covered with asphalt shingles and
features two roof heights. Outbuildings include a garage.
