This detached one-story single-family structure has an L-shaped plan
with 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in
novelty siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The combination
roof is covered with green asbestos shingles and features a central metal
chimney. Outbuildings include a garage.
