please, some or all of you commissioners, take a little trip down S. Black into the unpaved area from College
to the end cul de sac before the creek and linear park. This area has been solid ice until the recent thaw and
is now getting almost impassible with pot holes at the north end and pot holes and ice at the south end.
Harrison is the best way in right now but it is starting to wash and slip. As thawing continues, with all the
snow we've had from Harrison to the end cul de sac we will probably have really bad heaving as we used to
have 20 years ago. When we moved in here in 1975 we were told paving the street was going to be done
that summer. In spite of at least 4 more petitions since then it has never happened. If you come check out
the conditions, I think you might agree it is way past time to have that rectified and that our street(s)
should also be on a priority list for paving, even if we are just a small residential area. Thanks for at least
coming to take a look at what we regularly put up with. Shirley Gerhardt, 1006 S. Black Ave.
Thank you,
City Of Bozeman
