Main St., Suite L, Bozeman, MT 59715, GRANTORS, in consideration of $ 1.00 and for other and valuable considerations, receipt of which is acknowledged, grants to The City of Bozeman, a municipal corporation of the State of Montana, with offices at 4 ] 1 East Main, Bozeman, Montana 5971.5, GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, a perpetual street and utility easement for the use of the public in, through, and across a strip of land situated in Gallatin County, Montana, 45.0 feet wide to be located on anal parallel to the north line of the following described real property. The East half of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E'/~ E'/z NE'/4 S W'/4) and the West half of the East half ofthe Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W'/z E'/z NE'/4 SW'/4), Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, Principal Meridian Montana, Gallatin County, Montana. Containing 20.1542 acres, along with and subject to any existing easements. Said easement is more particularly shown on the Final Plat of West Babcock Street Manufactured Home Court, a copy of which is attached as Easement Exhibit A, which by this reference is made a part hereof. The GRAN`l'ORS states that they possess the real property described above and that they have lawful right to grant an easement thereon. The GRAN"TORS further agree that the GRAN"fEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the rights and privileges herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTORS. The ter~rls, covenants, and provisions of this easement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto.
