other and valuable considerations, receipt of which is acknowledged, grants to The City of Bozeman,
a municipal corporation ofthe State of Montana, with offices at 411 East Main, Bozeman, Montana
597 I 5, GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, a perpetual street easement for public vehicular
traffic, and public pedestrian traffic over and across the streets and sidewalks as constructed on the
following described real property.

The East half of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (Eli Eli NEY4
SWY4) and the Westhalfofthe East halfofthe Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (WYz EY2
NEY4 SWJi4), Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, Principal Meridian Montana, Gallatin
County, Montana. Containing 20.1542 acres, along with and subject to any existing easements.
Said easement is more particularly shown on the Final Plat of West Babcock Street
Manufactured I-iome Court, a copy of which is attached as Easement Exhibit A, which by this
reference is made a part hereof.
The GRANTORS state that they possess the real property described above and that they
have lawful right to grant an easement thereon.
The GRANTORS further agree that the GRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the rights
and privileges herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTORS,
The terms, covenants, and provisions of this easement shall extend to and be binding upon
the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties
hereto.
