This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a curved hood over the front entry. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by 4/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is fi ' hed bestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. T gable of s covered with green asphalt shingles and had a central stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
