Discuss significant architectural features. This detached two-story commercial structure has an L-shaped plan around a fenced swimming pool . The asymmetrical facade consists of a glass front entrance with a series of sliding aluminum windows and paneled doors to the various apartments. The second floor balcony is protected by overhanging eaves. The concrete block construction is painted and has metal railings and a flat roof.
