PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-story single-family residence has an ell-shaped plan
with projecting front metal awning over a concrete stoop and a rear patio.
The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front
entrance, glass-paned, flanked by one fixed and one double-hung window
with 1/1 sash arrangement, and a recessed bay with similar windows.
The frame construction is finished in horizontal composition siding and
rests on a low concrete foundation. The offset gable roof is covered
with light greay asphalt and wood shingles and features a ridgepole
with finial balls, and overhanging eaves. There are two offset stovepipes.
The alterations include exterior materials. Outbuildings include a detached
double-car garage of similar materials.
