PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions, alterations, and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-a-half single-family residence is an upright-and-wing
house in an L-shaped plan with the interior angle of the "L" enclosed as a one-story
entry. The two-bay facade consists of that entry, with fixed window and entrance,
in addition to the one-and-a-half story gable-fronted wing with fixed transomed
window at the first level and a single double-hung window with one-over-one sash-
arrangement at the upper half-level. The frame construction is covered with new
horizontal siding (probably aluminum) , and vertical board and batten siding covers
the enclosed entry. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The steep gable
roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and has a central metal stovepipe.
Outbuildings include a garage to the south, finished in similar materials.
