PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structureisite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This one-story single-family attached residence, with elements of scaled-doNm
bungalow style, has a square plan with a broad projecting front porch and a side
addition, a garage, which is attached to its neighbor to the south, 307 Broadway.
The- facade consists of double broad gables, including the roof of the front porch,
supported by two slender, turned corner posts. An offset entrance is flanked on one
side by a single double-hung window with one-over-one sash arrangement. The frame
construction is finished in drop siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The
gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a central rear brick
chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
