This one-story single-family attached residence has a square plan with side flat- roofed addition which may once have been a garage, but is now added living space. The facade is asymmetrical with off-center front entrance with bracketed gable hood, flanked by a pair of double-hung one-over-one windows on one side (north) and a single window with its lower sash replaced by an air conditioner. The frame construction is finished in drop siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The offset gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a brick chimney at rear center. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. A similar structure (311 Broadway) adjoins, at its garage, to the north wall of the flat-roofed side addition.
