This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a flush entry door. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an
off-center paneled front entrance with one louvered window. The frame con-
structure is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features one central brick
chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
