Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence, with elements of the bungalow style, has a square plan with attached garage. The facade consists of a recessed front porch with parapet, wood posts, and an offset entrance with flanking double-hung one-over-one windows. The frame construction is finished in weatherboard siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features a central brick chim rey.
