PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-a-half-story single-family corner residence has a square
plan with a projecting one-story shed-roofed side addition and a deck at the rear
(west side) . The facade is asymmetrical, framed by an offset gable front. An entrance
is located at either side of an off-center double fixed window, and a sliding sash
window is situated within the gable end, to the north side of the crest. The two
entrances are identically accessed by concrete stairs. The frame construction is
finished in composition siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof
is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a north-facing cross-gable,
oriented to Davis Street. A metal stovepipe is centrally located. Outbuildings
include a garage.
