This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a shed-
roofed enclosed front vestibule of vertical asphalt siding. The one-bay facade
is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance flanked by 1/1 double-
hungs windows and an arched, transomed fixed window. The brick construction
rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with cedar
shingles and features a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel
to the street.
