noting additions, alterations, and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This recently constructed detached one-story single-family residence has an
upright and wing rectangular plan with an uncovered front porch deck. The facade
consists of a front entrance situated within the gable-fronted bay, with a row of four
fixed or casement windows to the right side, defying the expected structural division
between the two bays. A smaller pair of casement windows is situated under the eave
of the gable-ended bay of the facade. The frame construction is covered with
horizontal cedar siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The two rooves are gables,
one shallow and one steep, with an extended slope to the south. The asphalt shingle
roof covering is rust colored. A brick chimney is centrally located where the ridgelines
meet.
