This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
roof overhang protecting a side entry in the recessed bay. The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of a side entrance with a combination of
one-lite or three-lite fixed windows. The frame construction is finished
in masonite and fake brick and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable
roof is covered with black and tan asphalt shingles and has a central brick
chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings
include a garage.
