This detached one-story single-family gable-fronted residence has a rectangular plan with shallow hipped projecting front entry hood supported by wood posts. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance flanked by a single double-hung window with one-over-one sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in horizontal composition siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with light green asphalt shingles and features exposed rafters and overhanging eaves, and one centrally-located brick interior chimney and an offset rear metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is per- pendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a recently constructed shed.
