This detached two-story multi -family residence has a rectangular plan with projecting exterior wood stairways providing access to the second level on the north and south faces. The north and south faces are asymmetrical and consist of an offset front entrance with sliding sash windows. A blank gabled face is oriented to the street. The frame construction is finished in lapped wood horizontal siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red/brown asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is per- pendicular to the street.
