This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a small porch over the side entrance. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and has 1/1 double-hung windows. The foundation is of concrete and the gable roof is covered with wood shakes. There are shingles in the gable ends of the cross-axial roof and returning eaves.
