PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structuretsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached two-story single family residence has a square plan with
rear addition and projecting front porch with metal railing and gable-
over-each hood. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a
central transomed front entrance flanked by two shuttered pairs of
double-hung windows with 1/1 sash arrangement and two front-facing
shingled gables of different sizes. The frame construction is finished
in drop siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is
covered with green asphalt shingles and features two front-facing cross-
gables with shingled gable-ends, and overhanging eaves. The axis of the
roof is parallet to the street. Alterations include a second story which
creates a monitor roof effect.

aspect of the Nationalization Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural
development.
