Discuss significant architectural features. This detached two-story multi-family residence has a square plan with the center portion of the roof raised to form a shed roof. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of two offset paneled front entrances with one sliding sash window on the first story and two sliding sash windows on the second story. The frame construction is finished in masonite and rests on a concrete foundation. The low angle gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. This structure has been newly remodeled.
