PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a new addition to the rear, making it an L-shaped plan. There is a gable-roofed
front stoop. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a glass-paned front
entrance flanked by two double-hung windows with a 1/1 sash arrangement, and a
fixed window in the center of the upper story. The stoop has a metal railing.
The frame construction is finished in masonite siding and rests on a rubble founda-
tion. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features returning
boxed, overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
The alterations consist of a large addition to the rear with an attached garage.
