This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a flush front entry and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in horizontal composition siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shingles and features bracketed overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a shed.
