This detached one-story industrial structure has a square plan with a loading platform to one side. The paneled side entrance is the only feature of the side view and the front facade features one large garage-type door. The frame construction is finished in corrugated steel and rests on a wood foundation. The gable roof is covered with metal . This building fronts on a railroad spur.
