This detached one and one-half story single-family residence in the bungalow style has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed side addition. The single bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with metal awning flanked by a continuous band of double-hung one-over-one windows which reflect a recessed sunporch entry. A small window in the front facing gable end mar Ks the upper-half story. The frame construction is finished in drop siding with corner boards and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with clay tile and features over-hanging bracketed eaves, exposed rafters and extended slope over the side bay addition and a central brick chimney at the ridgeline. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. An ornamental iron fence is located at the front of the lot. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
