PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan
with en enclosed porch in the interior joint of the ell and a bay window on the
front facade. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a side-facing
glass-paned front entrance with three fixed windows on the porch, and six double-
hung 1/1 windows on the main facade, four in the bay window and two on the second
level . The second level windows have latticework in the upper half. The frame
construction is finished in shiplap and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable
roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features one gable dormer, and
boxed, overhanging eaves. There is one central brick chimney.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
Significance: This strucutre qualifies as a contributing element within a
potential historic district due to its association with the re"sidential aspect
of the Civic Phase of Bozeman's historic/architectural development.

The historic integrity of this property has been retained due to the survival
