This detached one-story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with rear projecting bay. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance on the left bay and a double-hung window with 1/1 sash arrangement on the other. The frame construction is finished in horizontal composition siding and rests on a low concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with maroon/red asphalt shingles and features a cross-gable and two offset metal stovepipes. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Alterations include the exterior materials. Outbuildings include a garage of similar materials.
