USE PERMIT
For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other
valuable considerations ($1.00 ave.), receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the City of Bozeman, a municipal corporation of
the State of Montana, does hereby give and extend to the Bozeman
Deaconess Foundation, a non-profit corporation having its principal
place of business at Bozeman, Montana, the sole and exclusive
right and privilege to use and occupy the hereinafter described
property for a term commencing on the ,,7:h day of :':0)""'"
1968, to and until the privilege herein extended is revoked by
the City of Bozeman.
In connection with the execution of this instrument it is
mutually understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto
that the hereinafter described real property has been granted,
and dedicated to the City of Bozeman by the Bozeman Deaconess
Foundation for street, alley and sidewalk purposes and for the
specific purpose of widening North Willson Avenue on the West side
between West Lamme and West Beall Streets, and that until such
time as the City of Bozeman undertakes to so widen said portion
of North Willson Street or until otherwise revoked by the City
of Bozeman, the Bozeman Deaconess Foundation shall have the privi-
lege of the use and occupancy of said premises for its purposes
subject to the limitation that any improvements erected thereon
shall be made only with permission of the City of Bozeman and
such improvements as are hereafter erected shall become the
property of the City of Bozeman.
The property herein referred to is described as follows:
A tract of land for street purposes comprising of the
easterly ten (10) feet of Lots 1, 14 and 16 of Block
B of Tracy's 3rd Addition to the City of Bozeman,
County of Gallatin, Montana, more particularly described
as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot One
(1) Block B, Tracy's 3rd Addition to Bozeman,
Montana; thence westerly along the southerly line
of said Lot One (1) a distance of ten (10) feet;
thence northerly parallel to and ten (10) feet dis-
tant westerly fram the easterly line of said Block
B through lots one, fourteen and sixteen (1, 14 and
16) of said Block B a distance of 196.15 feet to
the northerly line of said Block B; thence easterly
along the northerly line of said Block B, being
also the northerly line of lot sixteen (16) a dis-
tance of ten (10) feet to the northeasterly corner
of said Block B; thence southerly along the easterly
line of said Block B, being the easterly lines of
Lots 1, 14 and 16 of said Block B a distance of
196.15 feet to the true point of beginning. Con-
taining within the above described exterior boundaries
1961,5 square feet to be used for street purposes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Bozeman has caused this
instrument to be executed under its corporate seal by its duly
authorized officers.
