This detached two-story apartment building has a central gable-roofed enclosed
front entry and a basement level of apartments. The symmetrical facade
has casement and fixed windows across and sits on a concrete foundation. The
frame construction is finished in shiplap. The gable roof is covered with
asphalt shingles in a dark brown color and lies parallel to the street.
