PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one story single-family residence in the foursquare workingman's
cottage style has a square plan with projecting front sun porch with a hipped roof.
The facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance
flanked by a continuous band of double-hung windows with one-over-one sash arrangement.
The front entrance is accessed by concrete steps. The frame construction is finished
in pressed concrete block and rests on a concrete foundation. The paranital hipped
roof is covered in light green interlocking asphalt shingles and features a central
brick chimney, a metal stovepipe, and an exterior concrete block chimney to the side.
Outbuildings include a hip-roofed garage finished in stucco.
