This detached one story single-family residence in the foursquare working
man's cottage style has a square plan with a projecting front enclosed gabled entry.
The facade consists of the offset front entrance with side light and metal awning
flanked on one side by a pair of double hung three-over-one windows. The frame
construction is finished in aluminum siding and rests on a concrete foundation.
The hipped roof is metal and covered with grey asphalt shingles. It features a
central brick chimney and an offset brick chimney. The roof has overhanging eaves
and exposed rafters. Outbuildings include one shed.
