This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an attached garage and metal garden house. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance flanked by fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in cement asbestos shingles and V-groove wood on the front gable. The hipped and gable combination roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There are two metal stovepipes. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
