Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a bracketed gable hood over the front stoop. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows and a louvered vent opening in the gable end. The frame construction is finished in horizontal wood siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
