RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the perpetual access easement with DevCor, Inc. for the Lakes at Valley West, Phase 4 project.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to City Clerk) of the partially executed
easement. Engineering staff reviewed the easement and found it to be acceptable.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission. Attachments: Perpetual Access Easement
