This detached one-story single-family residence with elements of the bungalow style has a square plan with projecting front entrance porch and side-facing bracketed gable-roofed entry hood at the NE corner. The facade is symmetrical and consists of the shallow-gabled entry with parapet and squared posts , sheltering a central entrance with flanking double-hung windows with 2/2 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in weatherboard -siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and has a metal stovepipe at rear center. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of similar materials. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
