This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
gable overdoor above the front entry. The frame construction is symmetrical
and consists of a central entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows and is covered
with shiplap. The foundation is of concrete and the gable roof is covered
with shingles. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street and features
a metal stovepipe.
