This detached one-story single-family gable-fronted residence has a square plan with recessed front entrance porch. The facade is symmetrical and consists of the gable-front over a recessed entrance porch with squared posts, sheltering a central entrance with a pair of flanking double-hung windows with 1/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in weatherboard siding with corner boards and rests on a rubble foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
